hi can any1 help me my daughter accidentaly pressd the reset to factory default button and now i hav no channels on my eurovox nd when i try to update my channels it says "no transponder to scan" how do i fix this problem???? HELP im missing all the football matches

menu config

clear data factory reset and pick your symbol rate

Cho*** 6875

N** 6887

rest 6952

after that make sure that the cable is in the rf on the back of the box

after that do a new scan on your symbol rate again

thanx but it is still not working i hav done all the steps u said but the same problem is happening evrytime i try to update but it keeps saying"no transponder to scan" how can i fix everything in 1 go??

what eurovox is it ??

do you have a live feed going to the box check your connections and your cable put it in your tv and see do you have any channels

also where are you Uk or Irl ??

i am in ireland nd i hav the eurovox ex5000 i hav a cable running from my tv into the rf place nd a cable that i out into my eurovox box that used to b my old ntl cable i think all the connections r in place but i will double check nd try maybe to connect it to other areas of my house?

you should only have 1 connection and a scart lead

the main cable from your provider goes to the RF on the box ONLY

then the scart lead from the box goes to the tv AV1 or EXT1

no other cable is needed that is why you are not getting any channels you have the cable's in the wrong spot
