hi everyone,i used to be on this forum b4 but had2 change my email address. i have a 8% signal problem on my eurovox/ wont find any channels. i have done a factory reset etc ,downloaded the max v(black) software 8% fix, says filmware not suitatle for my box. the cable is ok comin in2 house as it works on my other box. can anyone help please(this is driving me 2drink) lol...

hi you cant load software for a black eurovox on to a red eurovox,anymore than you should put dreambox software on starview boxes,check the eurovox threads and see what they say about a bad flash or flashing with wrong software(hopefully you might just have to relash the red software)if all is well then check your leads and cables,if your using a splitter try removing it.good luck mate.

hi, thanks 4 gettin back 2me. i have tried several times reflashing with 2007(red)software but still nothing/showing 8%signal. i tried the black as i couldnt find a software update for the 2007red 8%signal problem.im not using a splitter & all leads are ok as my other box which is the same model is working fine, anymore ideals...

it must be a software glitch(have you tried eurovox threads on this site)or maybe try a google search (find eurovox red help,or trouble shooting problems)ive never heard your particular problem before.or maybe eurovox have there own support site.good luck.
