getting ready to flash my lite on but i have flashed both a hataichti and a samsung so i was wondering if someone could tell me if there is any difference in the lite on cause from the things i have read there is and could any one give any tips

The only "main" difference between the LiteOn and previous drives, is that the LiteOn requires extracting the key from the drive (by using an Xtractor or making one yourself). That requires actually removing the 4 screws on the drive, and touching a point on the PCB of the drive. Once you get the key, it really isn't any more difficult then the other drives to flash.
