PSP Vresion 3.03 Custom Firmware Upgrade Help

Hi

I am new to the PSP custom firmware scene and have tried to look for answers to this problem on the forum but cant find it, hope someone can help.

I have custom firmware 3.03 on my psp from dark alex and would like to upgrade it but every time I try it wont work and says that I need to upgrade to 3.52 first but that wont install and I cant see it on my PSP when I put 3.52 installer on my memory card.

Can anyone explain how I do this and what is the best custom firmware to upgrade to for backups etc

Try this: Go to HERE and download recovery flasher and then download this file HERE.

Open the recovery flasher file you downloaded and take out the recovery folder and move that to PSP\GAME\ then move the 500.pbp file to the recovery folder.

On the psp go to the main menu then game and start the program.
