hi i'm getting some verbatim -r disks and i wanted to know what speed i should burn them at using img burner, i've heard that the lower the speed the better the game turns out. by the way i use wiigator backup gamma launcher to open them on the wii if that helps .

I'm not exactly sure what your question is. Verbatum-R is a good brand to use, one of the best. And the reports of burn speeds are mixed, but most agree that 4x is the best to use.

thnx u answered 2/3 questions, my other question was that is it true that the lower u burn ure game at the better ure game will work? sorry 4 not making it clear enough.

i have burned games at 8x and games at 2x and cant see any differnece in the quality or game play. i dont think it matters.

Burning to slow or to fast can cause issues.

Most agree that 4X is the best option but not all agree to this rule.

It will also depend on quality of media and what type of burner you have. So really the only way to figure out what works best for your setup is to do some testing yourself.

hey guys thanks 4 replying but which dvd-r's r better for burning wii games onto Taiyo Yuden dvd-r or verbatim dvd-r? i've heard both r pretty good but i've never seen taiyo yuden b4.
