I'm using a softmodded Wii, and when I try and play either Madworld or HOTD, I get wiimote speaker problems.

I've tried searching to see if anyone else has reported this, but so far no luck.

The Chainsaw in MW crackles and stutters, and in HOTD, the gun just makes little popping noises.
Is this due to the backup channel? I've got firmware 3.3E and CIOS36 REV10 installed.
Media is Verbatim Dual Layer (all I had, as my burner didn't like my single layer discs)

Any ideas?
