Hi!

I have a (im not sure)Hitachi-LG DVD-RW Drive[HL-DT-ST DVD RW_GSA-H41N ATA Device] and when i burned a game with CloneCD, put it in the xbox the picture of the game came up in the menu but the xbox said disc is unreadable. I asked the guy who flashed my drive the problem he said use ImgBurn and that your xbox must be able to burn DVD-ROM and/or update my drives firmware. I can't find any info whats so ever on my drive. I check Nero InfoTool to see if my drive can write DVD-Rom and I got this click here.Now my question is does your dvd-drive have to have the ability to write dvd-rom? if so if there another way? if so what is it? if not where can i buy the cheapest yet reliable DVD-ROM burner? where can i find a firmware upgrade for my dvd-drive?

Best thing to do is to use imgburn to burn your disk as per the instructions Here. If this fails, post your log on here and we can tell you if all looks good.

thinks for the reply i got it to work during img-burn but i think i need better quality dvds cause one burned to 98% and got an error
