Ok guys here's the situation:

I've been merrily using my dodgybox for the past year now with no problems. I went for the NTHell TV + Broadband package but for the past month my Broadband has been acting the maggot.

(Very) Long story short, there's a chap from the company calling out to try sort it tomorrow. I've decided to pack my dodgybox away and dust off the UPC box to have everything looking legitimate.

But what's this!?... "Smart Card Error Insert A Valid UPC Smart Card"

Any help would be much appreciated

as we dont do cc boxes here is the card inserted correct way and not dirty,did u receive ur new card yet?

Thanks for the quick reply cactikid.

On further investigation I seem to be recieving stations but directly through the box. Also after giving the card a wipe I can now access the box menus. Thanks cactikid
