Rapid Fire Controller Mod HELP!

I am tryin to rapid fire mod my 360 controller but it doesnt have a resistor in the front where everyone shows in all the videos and says you need that to mod it, but is tehre a different way to mod the type of controller i have? here is a link to a pic of my mainboard in my controller. i hope someone can help.
