Free McBoot AR Max Installation problem

Hi I have a old fat PS2 Version 39001 ...

I tried several hours the Free McBoot installation using AR Max ...

the best I could do was get the White Screen... then nothing else happened after... could anyone help me? Shouldn't the uELF loader show up or something?

on my USB Drive there is
INSTALL (Folder)
BOOT (Folder) - inside here is 1 file, ESR.ELF
FREE_MCBOOT.ELF
Exploit_Max.Max

I think it uncrushed itself sucessfully onto the Memory card... im just wondering why nothings happening after the "quick white screen"
