got v***** engineer coming over to split my cable so i can rent a box and replace with my starview upstairs, however, if they do this, will i lose the quality of signal for the HD TV downstairs currently running on V+ or will the signal not be interfered?

why get an engineer, split the cable yourself,you shudnt have any signal issues as long as you use a good splitters

Hi

I ve had a go at this myself, I can see channel listings on 2nd tv but says bad signal, any ideas would be gratefully received. Am a novice at all of this and its driving me crazy. Thanks for your help!
