I just backed up the mad world disc and the first time i played it on my wii with wiikey it works perfectly,

However, the second time i play it the wii system says there's a problem and i couldn't play it.. so i eject the disc and put it in for few times and it finally worked.

WHY IS THAT???

Sounds like you have a case of bad media. What type or DVD are you using? I suggest the following types...

-TDK DVD-R
-Verbatim DVD-R
-Memorex DVD-R

Burn at 4X with ImgBurn or Nero.

i'm using Maxall dvd-r

it's the first time my backup has a problem...

also, when i put in the madworld disc in and start the game, the wii automatically did an update... will that affect my wii?

Is your WiiKey on the newest Firmware? The update shouldn't hurt unless it was a different region, was the backup from your region? If all else fails you can always boot the game with Gecko OS.
