Hi Awesome Afterforums!

Basically when i insert any PS2, PS1 or DVD into my FAT PS2, it won't read it. It basically quickly flashes up 'reading disk' and then sits there doing nothing. It doesn't even say that there are any disk reading issues! Please help i know your awesome knowledge will shine through like a crazy diamond!

You would have to open it up and see if the laser even lights up, or is moving toward the disk when it first starts.
Could be a number of things. Also check the white laser gear is moving freely along the snake motor
Could be laser ribbon.
Hard to say until you open it up and look at it.
