System menu not loading....

So I just got back from work and my wii starts up with the preloader interface and wont allow me to access system menu or homebrew channel. What should I do?

Turns out my roomate thought it would be a good idea to format the system, not sure if this helps or not. Any help appreciated, thanks ahead.

With Preloader, can't you run Homebrew? If so, you can try AnyRegion Changer and get back 3.2 firmware. Then I guess you can mod it again.

or if you can use homebrew channel then you can use wad installer and install the systemmenu
