Bought An Elite, Had 3 Rrod's, opened it up, hadnt had the xclamp done before so i did it and ive done this successfully on numerous other xbox's, no such luck this time.
switch it on and the fans cut out after about a second, doesnt even sound like its booting, ive tried loosening the screws, nothing.
error code 0031, i know it could have something to do with a ram brick, but i basically want to know if theres going to be any way i can fix it?

he most likely bought it used with rrod for the cheap. easy way to get a next gen console for less than 100$ if you can repair it. I got one for free this way and another for 50 bucks
