had d boxes before, just plugged em in and off we go! alas, this has been delivered just as a free to view box!! urgent request to seller for guidance, told we need to download 'relevent software', it's come with a nine prong cable, but being a complete plank haven't got a clue what to do with it!!! you all sound so clever, can someone please help guide me through this? oooo and please remember i'm i've got L plates on!!

janiedoo, doo yourself a favour and have a look around the site, you will find everything that you need if you type 'eurovox flashing guide' into the search bar at the top of this page.
