ok i have backup lancher channel and i have offical animal crossing i went truhg the ios downgrade and now animal crossing wants me to install updtae again i have 3.3u and i dont want to donwgrade again is there a way to skip

If your using the latest WiiGator and launching from it then it should block the update.

You could also WiiBrickBlock a backup copy of it.

yeah i know that i can also use gecko but my sis dont know nutin bout wii homebrew stuff so what about preloader do i i have 3.3u will it work and if does do i have to install all of or just the disc skip

The title to your other thread said starfall. Do you have that installed? As far as I know starfall has a skip update option.
