Yes, that is the question;
"How do I split an AVI-file into 2 smaller parts so that I can burn it on to CD's???"

Discussed many times in these forums (the magical search button is there..). Use VirtualDub, change Video and Audio to Direct stream copy, use buttons in the bottom to select the first frame range and save it and then do the same for the other part.
