Pot calibration on Benq which one?

Just a quick one need conformation which pot to adjust?

With the laser pointing skywards and pots facing you is it the pot on the Left or on the Right for the DVD adjustment?

Also points to take reading left top or left bottom?

And what would be the recommeded adjustment as far as I can tell most people are around the ~3k ohms

For info:
it's the one the left (DVD) and it's the top left (take reading)

I've gone for ~3k ohms

Problem was: batteries running low on multi meter doh!
