Try doing a system restore to a point when the game was still fully installed and then uninstall it properly.

There also might be some registry files it is still looking at. Which makes it think the game is still installed.

You might have to go in there and clean all those out.

Also...Is the game still on the list of add/remove programs? If so, try to uninstall, it might ask you to remove it since it is no longer needed or something like that. Once its off the list, try reinstalling the game.

BTW, thats a great game. Although I've mostly been playing UT2004. :)

Go To Start>Run>type 'regedit'>hit the enter key

Then do a search for any names associated with the game. Ex. Companies,Name of the game(duh, lol)

When you find something. Delete it. You might wanna delete the folder, otherwise your gonna be deleting key values, strings, etc. till you get a hand cramp.

Somebody can explain this better, but my professor is yelling at me to get off the internet.
