ABGX checks if the .iso has the proper stealth files. If it does not then the program can fix it.

The Verify option is not the same thing. With verify it just checks if the burn was good. Really I would not use that as it's kind of a waste of time. The verification method that you should use is to put the disc in your 360 and see if it works.
