I just have a quick question regarding modding a PSP using Pandora...

I have the PSP-1001 (Phat) model with the firmware Version 4.05, I know I can't downgrade using the computer but am I still able to using Pandora?

Yes u are able to downgrade all PSP-100X with Pandora Battery.
