I'v trawled google to no avail. Is it at all possible to use ur wii as a wireless receiver
for your computer maybe through a usb cable an some clever software or something.

I just want to know if i'v dedicated my life to the impossible lol

why even use the wii as a receiver, when you can get a cheap WRT54G/GS/GL router and flash it with DD-WRT.

i'd say it's impossible due to the hardware.

you can do the other way around PC will be the WAP/Ad-hoc/server while Wii will be user. Wii has no power to support as an access.
