I softmodded my Wii with the Twilight Hack and i burned a PAL game to a disc. I used the Any Region Changer to change the region setting to Europe and the video setting to PAL. When i restarted my Wii, There was continous scrolling. What can i do to make it back to normal. I am not great with computers.

What backup launcher are you using? You need to go to the settings of the backup launcher and click on force ntsc. Some laucnhers like wiigator 3 you need to press A while its loading and some require you to press 1 or 2 to enter the configuration screen. See if that works for you.
