When I go to add new iso to my psp, Some folders are missing, yet everything works just fine. Once in awhile the folders will show up but mostly not. any advice?

back up memory stick to pc and format it in psp it will create all the folders in the right places then drag the games movies music etc back to the right folders.

You need to properly format your MS. Use mpsfortat.exe Google it.
