Unable to load WAD file on wii

So I have homebrewed my wii, and updated it to the newest update so that I can install the USB loader. However, every time I try to execute the wad file, it comes back with a 2011 error.

Note, I am on the newest update, and I have friends who got theirs to work somehow, so the update is not the problem

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Did you get this working? If not take a look at this guide at the 4.0 firmware section...
