ok so ive searched thru the old topics and googled but mostly found sonic issues concerning soft mods and loaders. So my question is how do i get sonic to run on a modded drive? i have a infectious wired modchip and a infectious with a clip. Both just give me a black screen when trying to play. both are on 3.2U. IS there anway on playing this game without having to update the firmware? i havent updated my modchip at all btw. could that be it as well?

Search for IOS55-64-v4633.wad and install it using WAD manger.

There is some conflicting post.

Some say you only need IOS55-64-v4633.wad but others have installed IOS38-64-v3609.wad and IOS53-64-v4113.wad also.

So I suggest installing IOS55-64-v4633.wad first and see if the game will start. If it doesn't then install the other 2 WAD files.
