Question for the experts on USB loader: gamecube games via the wii usb?

Can gamecube games be loaded via the USB loader like the wii game or do they have to be play via DVD?

There is only speculation that GC support will happen. However I don't think it has been officially reveled that it is being worked on.

No big deal for me. Never really cared for GC anyway other than zelda.

if your wii doesn't read DVD's, then i think there's something wrong with your wii, that or you didn't soft-mod it right.

Check out the mod @ http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.33938 : it'll load Wii ISOS as well as GameCube backups: Wii softmods will only ever load Wii ISOs, and not GameCube ISOs. That is, unless someone progs a GameCube emulator for the Wii that's capable of using the Wii features (USB ports).
