I have bought an xbox with a bad flash and no key. It is a benq drive. Is it possible to get the key of the motherboard or is the xbox finnished ??

what happent was that he used jungleflasher to flash the drive. then he spoofed source to target with no key and then he just went on with the flash

Need to solder an Infectus chip to the motherboard and dump the NAND flash. If NXE is already on the 360, dumping the NAND flash more than likely won't be possible. It has to have the Pre-NXE dashboard.

He still should have the key saved as when he dumped the original drive it would have opened up a save as box for the orig.bin file.

desolder the tsop and read from a socket and then resolder?? prob too much trouble?

I'd give what Wabashman said a try. Whoever flashed it should still have the original key saved on his computer. Kind of a fail safe for when someone messes up like that. Get in touch with him and see if he has it, could save you a lot of money!
