first off i did some research and searched for a little for my answers and realized it would take me days to learn all in this forum it took me months to learn all about backing up dvds!

i was givin a refurbed 360 (RROD) so i took it apart and cleaned it and it now works!

my drive is samsung i actually have a spare drive becasue i thought the orriginal drive was bad kept getting (please insert into a xbox 360 message for my games)

so my questions are can i use my pc sata ports to update the firm ware on my samsung drive and since i have the option of using the second xbox which way should i mod it?

im not worried about getting banned im just not gonna get let that console go online.

id like to be able to backup my newer games to so should i go with non stealth? or steath?

and when backing up games is there just one cut and dry way to do it or is this the same way stealth and non stealth?

also it seems like theres a million ways to rip and backup games what/if any free programs can i use to get it done?

Step one is a maybe. You need to have a Via chipset for an Nforce Nvidia. Most likely need to purchase a Sata card.
