HITACHI 047 BRICKED SWAP BOARD OUT QUESTION

Okay so I bricked my Hitachi 047 Drive and I ordered a new Hitachi 047 Drive.Will swapping out the boards work if my old 047 Drive is bricked?I plan on taking out the new Hitachi 047 Drives board and replacing it with the old Hitachi 047 Drives board,will this work?
Then can I just Flash the new Hitachi 047 Drive with ixtreme 1.51 in JF.Will this work?My old Hitachi 047 Drive had Ixtreme 1.4 on it.

do you have the orig firmware?
if not your SOL.

edit: if the old board is bricked than wtf makes you think it will work in a different drive.
the only chance you have is if you have the orig firmware, than you can flash the new drive with that firmware and have it backup.
no orig firmware no luck.
but if you do have the orig
firmware just flash it to the new drive, no need in replacing or swaping boards.

Yes I do have the Orig Firmware now all I have to do is figure out what program to use to do this Fimware Tool Box 4.8 Or JungleFlasher
not sure hope i dont brick another drive. Thanks
