The Finnish government has allocated extra frequencies to telecom firms TeliaSonera, Elisa and DNA for the new fourth generation (4G) mobile communications technology. Well it sounds better than it is. I have a 3G connection on my laptop, and I always end up with GPRS transfer speeds when I'm on a trip. In cities it works as it should, but it's pointless since I always have a wlan nearby which is much faster.
