Re-riping a back-up copy game.

I own a real copy of CoD5 World at War but I got lost in the world of ripping the game to make a back-up copy.

So I just downloaded a copy of it (should be legal since I do own the game).

Anyhow a friend of mine has shown me this link about ABGX:

I would like to go back and check each of my back-up copies but it seems I would have to rip my back-up copies. I am wondering if it would be the same procedure as a regular Xbox360 game or can I just use Imgburn?

use img burn to make an iso. simple as that.
