updated digivoxT won't store provider.

Has a new digivox T,just flashed with vo 3,3.000T.22 dec 08,firmware and current codes but just does short scan and gets 100% and finds nothing,eg.same as if it has'nt stored provider.Has anyone else had this problem ?.Thank you.

you may have to enter provider id number, for chorus 5e01 for ntl 5401.press menu then installation,then auto scan look on screen it probably says one of the above numbers,if it says 5401 and your on chorus then change to 5e01 and then scan.hopefully this will now scan and find your channels(i tried this for a mate, worked no problems)good luck.

Is the cable deffinitly plugged into the aerial input on the back and not the cable input? some boxes had both connections.
Also is your aerial powersupply still plugged in?
PLEASE DONT PM ME FOR KEYS!

make sure you have the cable in ant in on the back
go to installation and turn on antenna power first then do a scan on your box
that box is for the Cho*** MMDS only so if you are on NTL it will not work so 6887 will not work 5401 will also not work there will be no providers in the installation menu as it is for one provider only
after it has all the channels menu system info 1004 and turn on the Emu and allow the box to update

Thanks for all suggestions,checked all and still no pictures.Before firmware update it was Jan 07 version,and was able to do long scan.Started to load channels at around 60%,and found about 80,9 out of 80 unscrambled,but now finds none.Could latest firmware be flawed during download and still appear to be right in system information.

Thanks ferqusub,will reflash tomorrow with those and see what happens,I persume that the version I have will be overwritten as I have reset factory settings but that remains.

Got it flashed earlier but now its stuck with a message on window of box that reads [chdl] and won't let me into menu,any hope with this box,

you need to reflash it again and this time wait till the box reboots before touching anything you stopped the flash after you see the 100% you will get another message to tell you that it is finished and the box will reboot wait until you see that before doing anything else

Hi ferqusrb,did'nt get chance to reflash till today and it won't do any move when chdl is on box and i tryed to download just as i powered on the box and it done a bit and got stuck and flash burning came on pc instead of progress,have you ever seen a problem like this.
