OK,

So i have gotten my hands on a phat psp (1003) which is currently running 3.80 ofw.

I'm looking to install a CFW to enable me to play backups and psx games.

I was thinking of using 5.00 m33-6.

I can make a pandora battery and MMS as there are enough tutorials out there...

My main questions is... can i upgrade directly from 3.80 ofw right to 5.00 m33-6 cfw in one jump?

Or am i needing to downgrade, upgrade, upgrade again etc etc

Is 5.00 m33-6 the best one to go with?

If someone can give me the steps i need to take then i can google tutorials/tips.

thanks

If you make a Pandora battery you can go straight to the custom firmware because it formats the original then installs custom firmware over it to remove any possible problems.
