getting WADs to work on hardmodded Wii

Roommate upgraded my Wii firmware accidentally to 4.0U

Have the HBC and WADInstaller channel installed already, but getting -2011 errors if i try to install any WADs.

The channels already on the Wii menu work, but the games/channels copied to the SD card wont load, and wont copy back. except what was actually purchased, those work just fine, of course.

The only instructions i have seen or been able to find are for people with a straight softmod.

I just want to get the HBC and WADInstaller working. and would be awesome if i can get the SD functionality from 4.0 working as well for the hacked stuff

if someone could point me in a direction that would be great, thanks!
