problem download cod waw map pack!!!

can anyone help me with this problem?
when i try to download the map pack for call of duty world at war
it tells me that i cant get the download in my area.
but ive downloaded the makin day map and a lot of other addons for different games.
has any one else had the same problem?
im thinking its a fault with there server.
any help would be great

i live in portugal.
but my xbox is regestered to ireland.
which i found out you cant change (m$ are complete twats.)
but i dont think this is the problem as i have downloaded the makin day map from live.

seeing as the makin day map is free you would think map pack 1 (which i am trying to give m$ money to download) wouldnt be a problem.

my friend had the same problem... what country is your live account registered (ireland?), you have to buy the points from the same country as your live account. This would probably happen because you console is registered in ireland. If you're not buying your ms points via 360 dash then i'd try that. Otherwise map pack might not be available in portugal.

i heard that if oyu connect to an irish ip through a vpn connection you could do it that way.
i havnt worked out how to do it yet.
will i get banned if i mask my ip with an irish one?

i worked it out.
i just got my brother in ireland to log me in over in ireland and buy the map pack that way and it worked.
perfect.
i would like to say this again
m$ are complete and utter ar** holes.
why cant i move from one part of the european union to another and not get the same download rights?.
its like moving from new york to texas and m$ saying "hang on a sec you cant move your xbox more than 20 feet without us saying so.if you do we´ll find out where you live ,wait untill nightfall and burn your new house down with you in it and who ever else is in there with you"
this has to be a violation of consumer rights.
but seeing as its m$ they probably own europe by now anyway.
