Converting Gameshark Codes to AR MAX format...

Currently, my Gameshark doesn't work but my AR does, but the game I need cheats for (Shin Megami Persona 3) does NOT have AR codes. Only the FES version does, which I do not own, I only own the standard edition of the game.

Anyone know how to convert the Gameshark codes for the game to Action Replay format?
