Problem unlocking Benq drive.

Hey all.

Looking for some advice here. Tried searching the forum but it's a bit of a needle in a haystack.

I've got a Benq drive which i've got connected to my p.c via the onboard SATA port. This is running XP. When I launch JungleFlasher and acknowledge the error 'no comports found during enumeration', I then click on the MTK Flash 32 tab.

Once on the tab i'm selecting the appropriate I/O port and I am able to see my Benq drive listed. However when I click on BenQ unlock I get the error "Benq-Un-Lock command returned an Error". I've not tried selecting 'Intro/Device ID' in case I cause further problems. Would appreciate any advice. Here's the details from JungleFlasher:

BTW. I've ordered a separate VIA VT6421A pci card as these are cheap and i'm not sure if this is the problem or not?

I haven't had any luck with my ICH7 chipset. Wait for the VIA 6421, you will be able to dump and flash your drive.

These guys drive me nuts. Get a 6421 card and it will work guaranteed!!! $15.00 and you'll have it unlocked.
