Hi All

To my utter dismay my xbox gave me the red ring of death. :( :(.

I was gutted. I don't want to pay to get it fixed because I know it could easilly happen again.

Im planning on buying a brand new xbox instead.

My Xbox which got the R.O.D was flashed.

What I want to know is if I can swap the old flashed drive with the new one and if so how difficult is this to do.

You have to reflash the old drive for the new one using the key from the new one so your better off getting the new one flashed and keeping the old as a spare.

or just spend 20 bucks and get a new warranty sticker from ebay, and send yours in for free repair.
