how to downgrade from V5.50 to V3.7m33

I have upgraded my psp to V5.50 from V3.7m33 and I found out that the games are not there anymore. I thought that it was just reformatted but then when I checked it in my PC, I can still see the games.

I guess the upgrade I made is the reason for this and so I would like to downgrade it back to V3.7m33. I just don't know how so please help me.
