download bigmaq toolbar, just google bigmaq and then download and save it in your pc,then go to where its stored on your pc click on it and install it.when it installs it should always appear on the top of the screen when you go on line.to find the keys then you just click on the big key and scroll and find your provider.do you know how to get into the code entering menu,if you need more help just ask.

if the box is just blank or says bad or scrambled channel try this go to the menu >>> system info >>> press 1004 into the key pad on your remote >>>>> look down and see if your EMU is turned on

if that is on and your firmware is not updated you will need to update that

this is because you scanned your box on a split feed or your feed is not strong enough to bring them in try scanning on the main feed coming into the house first then they should work

ok this is the firmware you need V3300 http://www.4shared.com/file/77180743/9d9..._ter_v3300.html

this is the loader you need to put the firmware on to the box http://www.4shared.com/file/41965575/d5b...wnloader10.html

this is the cable http://www.maplin.co.uk/module.aspx?moduleno=97740
