My little bro just done mess up my cod4 game disc.its scratched so bad that ripping dont help and its a day old so i said hec i am gonna get it online looking at the fact that i cant take the disc back to the shop and i did get it,built iso with rar file included and now abgx cant check game data coz of the crc.i used 7zip to build the iso.what can i do to make this pass in abgx.thanks in advance

you built an ISO from the rar files you downloaded ?? i think you got it backwards...

you need to extract the ISO from the rar files... there is no building involved...

there are two diffent files from all being sfv and rar so i chose the option to extract files and after a few mins an image appeared with .dvd file and i checked with abgx and it gave me that crc error thanks again

yea i am thinking that too,i tried to find the problem with quickpar and it says the rar file is messed up.i dont use any newsgroups though.should i get the rar file again or what

go to http://www.abgx.net/filename/?ch=6 enter the full name of the release you have including groups name in the search field. When the results pop up look for your release and look under the column marked "Bad CRC or Needs Fixing" if there was a fix released it should give you the name of it then you can google that exact file name for download. abgx360 uses the the internet to connect and check if the .iso is valid. It checks if stealth is valid also. I have a bad rip too that has a crc data partition error. You need to make sure you extracted it properly and if you done everything right re-rip/download the game.

ey guys i found why i got game crc...It was the darn 7zip utility,i just used winzip @2 and abgx had no problem with the iso i gues its not good to extract.So y'all out there having a problem similar to this might wanna check the tools you are using in the whole backup process.Thank you guys for your help...peace
