my r button is stuck or i think its broken maybe cuz i can still push the button down but its like the button is permanently pressed down because when i try to type words i cannot only the first letter comes out and everytime i turn it on it always goes to the recovery menu since its a hacked psp running 5.00m33-6 cfw

The only thing to do is undo the 7 screws and have a look - the button has a rubber contact cover and if this is split then that may be the problem - they are simple to replace and cost very little.

It may also be the foil circuit board underneath, but both are cheap and relatively easy to repair.

okay thanks a lot i did what you told me and the rubber part was in tact but the board was kinda dirty so i just cleaned it up and it works thanks a lot i really appreciate it
