How to update BenQ 360 with 1.4.1

I have a flashed 360 with BenQ drive iextreme 1.4.1

It's been awhile since I flashed it, so my memory is a little off. I remember I had to plug in the BenQ drive to the SATA card and do a copy, delete and paste the firmware onto the drive.

Is there an easier way to update it so I can play newer games with my 360 rather than having to do all that again?

perhaps you should read the jungle flasher guide as it tells you exactly what to do.

Someone told me that I need a special peripheral in order to use Jungle Flasher. Is this true?

Cool, thanks. Where can I find this Jungle Flasher guide? I can't seem to find it on the sticky. The search function isn't working for me, either.
