My Pandora Battery can't charge

When I have my magic memory stick in the psp, and then I put my pandora battery in my psp, it doesn't work because my pandora battery has 0% charge. When I try charging it, the orange light blinks, it's not solid. I'm wondering if theres a way so my pandora battery can charge, so I can unbrick my psp.

My Pandora Battery doesn't charge but all I have to do is put in the MMS and Pandora Battery then I plug it in via AC adapter and turn it on like normal and it will boot that way.
