starview box - not responding

My starview box is stuck on one channel today and is trying to update.
The messsage on the tv screen "data is being updated... (140%). It has been stuck on this channel and message for most of the day.
It appears that that i can not change to any other channels or access the main menu on the starview.
Any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

you need to update ur box with the latest firmware.

my starview box channels is gone only freeview channels showing
and it keep saying data is being updated 100%
any help wud be much appreciated
