HI GUYZ i hav a prob wiw ma ps2 cogwheel
da problem is dat i tried adjusting da ps2 cogwheel position but i cannot get a sweet spot!! so how wxactly shud i do it or is there a way to reset the cogwheel postion to original position!!
plz kindly help me
im damn sure its not the prob of lens becuz i got a new lens a month bak

Ma ps2 is 50001 and is modded and has 2 cogwheel!!

It is best to mark the white cog with black marker before you even start.

Turning "clockwise" lowers the laser height.

"Counter-clockwise" raises the laser height.

VERSION 9/10

The big difference with V9/10 is that there are clips on the CD assembly that you need to undo. Simply use a knife or a flat headed screwdriver to pry them lose. It only takes a little pressure and the clips will pop lose.

Version 9/10 have a metal housing that sits atop of 2 white spindles. You can adjust the white spindles in the same way you adjust them in other versions, they
only appear different due to the location and due to the fact that there are 2 of them instead of one.
