Hello, i've recently tried setting up a eurovox EX1000 SL, which i've just purchased, after following all guides and installing new firmware and applying correct symbol rate from the list, all i get is "no Transponder to scan" after trying fast scan, power scan and deep scan.

I've got another ex1000 SL which works fine, i'm in teesside.

Any help? or anything i'm missing?

EDIT: i moved the box closer to the incoming cable and that seems to of done the trick. Thanks anyway

hi im not sure if i can help but i had this problem a long time ago so my memory of how i fixed this isnt great but i think i fixed it by turning on the EMU .i cant even remember how to do this .but im sure fergusrb will know
