<snip>
10:39:33 AM: -1 from Finalize: ISO image was not created. Do you normally create an ISO image (Project Settings).
The iso image is created using ImgBurn (part of the package) - but it merely duplicates the folder that is being created in "My Documents".
Quote:
INFO: Scanning C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\dvd-movie (finished ver)\dvd/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_0.IFO It says it created the DVD files in your default folder - did you try them to see if they play ok.
I would just uninstall and reinstall DVD Flick to see if the problem goes away.

Is this a problem that DVD flick has normally?
Is it because I am using DVD+RW's? Is the avi file corrupt?
I haven't done anything different than before.

I haven't see that problem - but I don't create ISO files with it.
Have had other odd problems, but I just uninstall/reinstall.
If you have a working movie in 'My Documents' - it's not a problem with the AVI and any time I have a bad AVI , DVD Flick tells you immediately.

Ok - I will take it off and re-install it.
But just for the future - I don't need the ISO image boxed ticked?

It's not required for burning.

Can you suggest, what is the best way to remove DVDFlick off my PC so that I get rid of it entirely?
Also, on the flip side of that - where can I get the latest copy of DVDFlick to download? This may sound lame but do I also have to re-install IMGBurn also?
Currently I just click dvdflick and let it work its magic - not sure what it uses behind the scenes to decode....
Sorry if these ques sound stupid - I am very much new to this whole encoding and burning thing.

OK - this evening I have been using Nero 8 - decode and burned movies and worked fine.
Is it ok to have both Nero and DVDFlick on the same PC or just stick with one or the other?
Also, to fully remove DVDflick, how do I delete it off my PC successfully?

There's no harm in having both programs.
